Tomova has been participating in judicial and out-of-court debt collection. She has been specializinf in civil and commercial law field– cases for damages in terms of various backgrounds; arrangements for sponsorship, management, etc. regarding sports law. Legal consultations on parenthood problems and surrogacy. Tomova has been working on parental rights, travelling with children and divorcing. Legal assistance in adoption cases and identity documents for children born outside of the country. Tomova has participated in several projects related to parenthood disputes in Bulgaria.
