Participation in Company’s Projects

Arnaudov has been working in the field of corporate and commerce law since 2003. He has consulted a number of aqcuisitons, mergers, corporate structures and commercial transaction deals. He manages due diligence in manifacturies in a range of sectors.

Arnaudov represents clients in a number of lawsuits and arbitrations in the areas of commercial law, competition authority and copyright. In 2013, he was the only Bulgarian attorney-at-law, recommended by the Global Law Experts in the category of Arbitrations.

He manages projects in the area of e-justice and e-management, as well as in legal softwate developing.
