Eftenova has been working in commercial law and regulations since 2004. She has consulted the implementation of a list of investments in campaigns and assets, as well as the initiation, structuring and re-organization of different enterprises. She has coordinated the complete range of legal service for various economic sectors.

She has represented clients in commercial law disputes, construction disputes, spacial planning disputes, transportation disputes, including international disputes.

She has participated in comparative law due diligence and projects about the enhancement of the regulatory framework in the public domain, including investment promotion, modernising education, enhancement of the administrative services in construction and spacial planning.
