Our law office processes contact information for you, which constitutes personal data. The present information is collected solely for the specific purpose of controlling your inquiry to a competent employee or a resource lawyer in order the same one to be able to respond to you. Тhe access to your personal data is limited to a certain number of employees and lawyers, being part of the Law Office team as well as being directly involved in answering inquiries electronically.

The contact information provided shall be used only for correspondence. It may happen you to be contacted once a party is no longer expected to respond to any correspondence in order to inform you about circumstances that we consider as important to you. Please be aware of the fact you have the right to object to our follow-up contact, as well as to information messages sent by us. We shall always comply with such a request, and in case you wish so, we shall irrevocably delete your personal data (provided we no longer have a legitimate interest of keeping it).

 

HOW IS THE PERSONAL DATA OF JOB APPLICANTS BEING PROCESSED?

By submitting your job application, you shall agree that the Law Office shall store and process your personal data in accordance with the present Privacy Policy, taking into account our approach is lawful as well as our organization applies it to absolutely any application – individual exceptions are not eligible.

The information you provide when applying for a job is collected and stored. The personal data provided usually contains: names, address, e-mail, contact phone, birth date, qualification, education and work experience. The current is the information that the Law Office deems appropriate, but you may include anything else you deem as appropriate within the application content.

Additionally, the Law Office can check for publicly available information for each of the candidates, as well as for information that the applicants have posted on the Internet themselves (e.g. on linkedin.com).

А reasonable legal basis is present so as to process the above-mentioned personal data provided by you voluntarily. Our legitimate interest implies in here in order the selection process to be completed, furthermore, the processing is also related to taking steps for concluding a labour contract, the initiative of which is taken over by the data subject (in the present case, a job applicant).

Your personal information shall be used in assessing whether you are suitable for the position you have applied for, but also in relation to future vacant positions. From assessment view in terms of future positions, your personal data may be stored for up to 6 months since the information receipt (the application date). However, in case you decide to withdraw your application, or you are not willing your personal data to be kept in terms of future vacant positions, at any time, you may request us to delete your personal data at our disposal. Be sure it shall be always compliable with such a request unless there is a legitimate interest in keeping it (for example, if you have already been employed).

 

YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN E-MAIL YOU CONSIDER AS DIRECT MARKETING OR SPAM?

The Law Office DOES NOT advertise its services. In certain cases, personal data may be processed for the purpose of sending information messages in terms of the current legal issues or events that are believed as interesting to the recipient. IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES?

  • In terms of the website: Except the cookies usages, described above in the current policy, your personal data may be shared with competent lawyers (according to the inquiry) which the Law Office has a permanent employment contract with, pursuant to Art. 77, the Attorney Act.
  • In terms of the job applicants: The personal data, received by job applicants, is not shared with third parties.

We are highly committed to protecting your personal data.  In order unauthorized access to be prevented or so as disclosure, loss of personal data, together with other violations to be avoided, pursuant to the Regulation, the necessary physical, electronic and management procedures as security measures against the collected and stored information are provided. Your personal data is retained for the duration of our contractual relations as well as for a certain period of time after that, allowing us to fulfill our legal obligations, including settling any disputes that may arise in future.
