Experience and participation in projects

Has knowledge and experience in Bulgarian, German, and Italian law. In Bulgaria, she specializes in the areas of commercial, corporate, insurance, and administrative law. Procedural experience is primarily in cases related to public procurement, cross-border trade relations, and compensation for damages.

Participated in a number of projects related to the entry of German, Italian, and other foreign investors from various industries into the Bulgarian market, including renewable energy sources, industrial production, information technology, food and beverages, real estate and construction, finance.

Consults cases on business structuring, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, public procurement, and international contracts.

Has significant experience in applying German and Italian legislation and successfully represents clients before all Italian courts.

Adv. Andreeva splits her time between Sofia and Milan. Our partner office, located in the center of Milan, allows us to directly consult Italian clients without the need for them to travel to Bulgaria, as well as Bulgarian clients in Italy.
