PAP promoted Ivan Volodiev as Senior Associated Partner in the latest round of promotions at the firm.

Ivan joined PAP in 2020 as Associated Partner. Beforehand, he was part of the team of Trenchev & Kostova law firm. Ivan has also a long-year track of providing legal advice to BNP Paribas S.A. CIB as an in-house counsel.

He has a long track of experience in Corporate & Commercial law, Banking & Finance, Data Protection, IP, Commercial Litigation, Employment & Migration. His primary focus lately are M&A transactions.
