Emiliyan Arnaudov was part of the Bulgarian delegation that took part in the International Business and Investment Forum in Barcelona, held by the Bulgarian Investment Agency (IBA). The delegation, led by the Executive Director of IBA Bogdan Bogdanov, includes the Deputy Executive Director of IBA, Hristo Etropolski, the Chairman of the Board of Biotechnology and Health Cluster (Biocluster) and a member of the Board of Artificial Intelligence Bulgaria – Kristina Eskenazi, Dimitar Dimitrov – Chairman of the Board of Biocluster and CEO of MIKAR21, Spyros Nomikos – CEO of Solvay Sodi, Kiril Valchev – General Director of BTA and Bilyana Manolova – Vice President of the Bulgarian-Spanish Chamber of Commerce.
The Managing Partner of Popov, Arnaudov & Partners presented the advantages of the Bulgarian legislation related to investments in Bulgaria, as well as the benefits the country offers to foreign investors. In addition to presenting the main classes of investments and the financial requirements for their implementation, Atty. Arnaudov provided numerous examples of the incentives for foreign investors, among which are the shorter terms for administrative procedures, the possibility of individual administrative procedures and training of qualified personnel as well as the simplified procedure provided for investors when applying for the right of residence.
