Tsvetelina Stoilova-Valkanova is a lawyer with extensive practice in the areas of Corporate and Commercial law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Energy, Real estate and Construction, Maritime law and Transport.
She graduated from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and her professional career began as a legal advisor to the Ministry of Transport Executive Agency for Maritime Administration. For 13 years she has been part of another law firm’s team.
