At the end of May 2013, “Popov and Partners” was selected as executor of public procurement, announced by the Ministry of Finance, for conducting subsequent review procedures of public procurements on projects,  co-financed on “Operational Programme Administrative Capacity” (OPAC). The strategic plan of OPAC is improving the work of public administration in order to realize efficient policies, qualitative service of citizens and business and creating conditions for stable economic growth and employment, increasing of professionalism, transparency and accounting in the judicial system. Within the range of the signed contract with term till 2015, “Popov and Partners” will be assisting the Managing body of OPAC in connection with its work on exercising control on the lawfulness in spending funds by the payees of the program.
