Call Centre of POPOV and Partners is awarded a large public procurement order
The Call Centre for out-of-court receivables collection of the law office was selected contractor of a large-scale project for collecting outstanding bills from the customers of Sofiyska Voda. The Centre establishes contact with the customers and negotiates the terms and conditions for paying the debts to the utility company.
Being awarded this public procurement order, the Call Centre was expanded technologically and logistically so as to serve it at full capacity together with collecting the receivables of the other clients of the law office, as well as with serving similar projects which may be assigned in the future by other companies.
Due to its own unique software, the law office proves once again its ability to simultaneously serve the collection (in court and/or out of court) of a huge number of receivables to the benefit of big companies – utility suppliers, banks, insurance companies, lessors, etc.
