A collection of reports from an anniversary scientific conference in honor of Academician Lyuben Vassilev – “Actual Problems of Private Law” was recently published by the Institute for the State and the Law – Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

The collection includes the article of our colleague Alexander Nikolov – The term “company ” within the meaning of Article 54 TFEU.

The analysis is focused on Art. 54 of the TFEU in the context of the proclaimed in Art. 49 freedom of establishment, providing an opportunity to companies or firms formed in accordance with the law of a Member State, to transfer their seat and business in another member state or to set-up agencies, branches or subsidiaries in the territory of another member state.
