Participation in Company’s Projects

Dimitrova has been working in the field of public procurement and concessions, consulting private and public clients in the process of awarding public works contracts, participation and fulfillment of public tender procedures. She has experience in preparation of documents in terms of public procurement awarding, consulting contracting authorities in the process of carrying out the procedures and participation in the evaluation committees.

Dimitrova represents clients (both contracting and contracted) in proceedings before the Commission for Protection of Competition and Administrative Supreme Court, related to appealing resolutions in procedures under the Public Procurement Act.

She has experience as an expert, facilitating the activity of managing authorities of several operational programmes in ex-ante and ex-post control of public procurement, financed by European funds.

In the field of industrial property, she has expertise in procedures, related to registration and protection of violated rights regarding industial property. She offers consultations at all levels, related to the protection of their rights in various subjects regarding industrial property: brands, design, copyright, registration, procedural representation in opposition proceedings and other administrative and commercial disputes, related to right violation in terms of industrial property field.
